Active leak or storm damage? Call us now.
Make-safe first, permanent repair after inspection.

Emergency roofing
Urgent roof help across Cumbria, SW Scotland & NE England.
For active leaks, storm damage, fallen materials and unsafe chimneys — response begins with make-safe stabilisation, followed by a proper inspection and a permanent repair plan.
Do first, don't second
Do
- • Move belongings and electricals away from the leak.
- • Take photos from ground level if safe.
- • Note when it started and any recent weather.
- • Call us — or send this form if you can't call.
Don't
- • Don't go onto the roof or use ladders.
- • Don't remove tiles or chimney bricks yourself.
- • Don't ignore signs of a chimney leaning or cracking — treat as unsafe.
Emergency response window
Our practical response window varies by region and weather. Coverage across Cumbria is prioritised; SW Scotland and NE England are supported where operationally viable.
- North Cumbria & the border towns: closest to our Longtown base — usually same-day attendance where conditions allow.
- West and South Cumbria, Dumfries & Galloway:attended by priority, with travel time and weather factored into the arrival time we give you.
- Tyne Valley & wider North East, Ayrshire & Glasgow:supported where operationally viable — if a local contractor can reach you faster, we will tell you.
Calls are triaged by risk: active water entry into an occupied building, an unsafe chimney and material at risk of falling come ahead of contained or non-urgent damage. We give you an honest arrival time rather than a guaranteed one we cannot hold.

Please still call 07340 587487 for anything active. Use this form only if you can't.
Photos speed up diagnosis. Attach up to a few images if you can take them safely from ground level.
