Tiled roof installation, replacement and repair across concrete and clay systems.
Symptoms & warning signs
- Cracked, spalled or laminating concrete tiles
- Tiles slipping where the nibs have broken or the fixings have corroded
- Mortar-bedded ridges and verges cracking and letting water past
- Widespread moss growth holding moisture against the tile surface
- Daylight or draughts visible in the loft beneath the covering
- Tiles that no longer sit flat, indicating batten or felt failure below
Inspection & diagnosis
Every quote begins with an inspection. Where a roof is inaccessible, complex or storm-damaged, we can carry out a drone inspection to capture imagery and annotated findings before recommending works.

Typical scope of work
- Assessment of the tile type, condition, fixing pattern and remaining service life
- Replacement of individual damaged tiles matched to the existing profile and colour
- Full strip and re-tile with new membrane, battens and fixings where the roof is past repair
- Correct fixing specification for the pitch and wind exposure of your location
- Dry ridge and dry verge systems fitted in place of failing mortar bedding
- Eaves and ridge ventilation provision, and new flashings where required
Timescale
Individual tile replacement is usually a same-visit job. A full re-tile generally runs from several days to around two weeks depending on the roof area, pitch, number of details and timber condition found on strip.
Guarantee & aftercare
Tiled roofing carries our written workmanship guarantee, with manufacturer warranties for new tiles, membrane and dry-fix components passed on to you on completion.
Project evidence
Every job is photographed before, during and after the work, so you can see what was found, what was done and what it looks like finished — including the parts of the roof you cannot see from the ground. Those photographs are shared with you and, with permission, may be used as a case study.
